Right on!
I had four tires put on the car at a tire shop, one side of the car was done by one guy and another did the other side.
When I got home I found one side was close to a hundred ft.lb and the other was close to 70 ft.lb.
The same shop put two tires on my wife's car which I forgot to check, a few days later my wife said the so and so wheel was noisy, sure enough the wheel was loose because every nut could be spun by hand, they had forgot to tighten that wheel, the other wheel was OK.
