Either those coil packs are not being triggered by the ECM (in which case you need a new ECM) or the fuel injectors on that side are plugged.

Of course, I don't believe EITHER is the case - I'm not convinced that what you THINK you are seeing is what you are really seeing. BUT, you are there and I am not.

But look at the electrical diagram, what else could it be?
