No she didn't!!! we do not elect Presidents by POPULAR VOTE of the nation. But by POPULAR VOTE of the States. Each of which holds a Popular election vote

Play by the rules or lose. Clinton knew all the rules. As for Putin why would you care what he thinks our elections should be?

BTW, the USA is not a Democracy. It is a democratic Republic.
