I'd replace the gasket and drive on, but that's just me, I could be wrong and that might turn out to be expensive.
I have found that the area that was missing the most rubber had matching rubber caught in the clamp grooves for the screw and some was in the filter itself, that must have just fell in there somehow. I expect a small amount went into the intake system, will it cause any problem I do not know. Maybe an expert can clue me in. I guess I have to replace the TB extension as it has a seal in it.
