I think there is too much free travel, I can get my foot behind the pedal when it is pushed down fully so it is not really that close to the floor but still not right I feel.
Dave, have you gone with stainless lines? If not, that would be my first move as it improves pedal feel drastically. With the age of the rubber lines, you may be getting some play you don't really want....
