This is possible and my key has not opened the doors automatically for a while. The alarm was tripped a couple times while connecting and reconnecting the battery in an attempt to get it to start the last couple days. Putting key in ignition turned alarm back off. Also my spoiler has been going up and down at random for a month or two. I think that is all the strange behavior. I'm going to work on the key today because I think it's the least expensive next option. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions. This is my only car and I I'm stuck until I get it fixed. I also have limited funds so the DIY, least expensive fix must be attempted first. I appreciate you all!
