Ditto what 180 said. Perhaps it it time for a some genius (compliment) to try to figure out how to repair or bypass the screem. One of these days Chrysler will stop providing them and there will be a lot of Crossfires heading for the salvage yard in the sky because of lack of critical parts. This one is most concerning because it must be programmed to the car so there will probably be no aftermarket manufacturers.
I wonder who manufacturers it for Chrysler? Figuring out a way to repair them, if possible would be the best option.

There are companies that do this or say they do, it was mentioned here before maybe four years ago.
It is obviously not rocket science but obviously the equipment and programming knowledge is required.
