Re: No start/anti theft issue
OK Well its been 3 days now and I am still stuck in my work parking lot. I am feeling really overwhelmed and not sure exactly what I should do next or focus on. I could spend the entire day learning about modules and keys and programing. I put new batteries in my fob and followed the instructions for re-sync and it did nothing. It still does not lock the doors (that has been the case for a while but it still started my car). I have tried every fuse/battery trick I can find here and get the same result everytime. I get two more full cranks followed by nothing. I am in the process of getting a code reader to see if that will clearly light the path and tell me exactly what the issue is. I realize the SKREEM is most likely going to need replaced but I am concerned how long it will take to get it as well as the cost. Can anyone advise how difficult it is to put in when I get a new one? Any other details I need that may seem obvious but are not to me....will I need a new key also? Will there be any programing required or will my car just start? I'm struggling here, any help is appreciated..
