OK finally figured it out. The Autel download site collects the scan elements into groups then lists the elements in the group. So the "OilReset_BENZ" group includes all of the BENZ capabilities. So all of those elements are installed as a group (see pic).


First look indicates that it is A Lot more capable than the iCarSoft MBII and for about 3/4 the price. Seems to test more systems and can export to PC but going to have to spend more time with it.
