Thanks guys. They came and repaired it yesterday morning...no charge. Guy who did it says I lucked out and that he thought the patch will hold. I can see it if I squint, but you wouldn't notice it. Geico says that if it cracks thereafter, they'll replace it.

I'm still happy that it hit my windshield and not the front end...that rock was moving! Sharon, I work on my flying object avoidance techniques in the meantime.
