Thanks, I've just crawled out from under mine. It would seem that the cable and part of the linkage has come adrift.
I'm going to pull the box anyway and do the clutch while I'm under there so I should be able to see more when the box is out.
Wish you had some pics where it came loose at.
Clutch and flywheel, those are expensive on our cars.
How many miles is on yours?
How long they last all depends on the driver.
I have a idea I want to check out that could be better for flywheels.
