Glad to help, so many people - me - have had power assist give them pause about the health of the brakes. Low pedal is fluid volume related and not related to brake issues.

As you saw the lack of vacuum assist is a first test of brakes, for those in the back of the class that have not tried this, it will be your homework assignment, at least once. This will acquaint you with real brake pedal position. 500 to 1000 pounds of pedal pressure will make the pedal move downward for sure.
