Is there really programming associated with replacing the shift assembly? My concern is them trying to charge me for every hour involved in said programming. So the newest scam in 'auto repair', apparently, is "Programming".
Seems like, not a week goes by, that I hear (either here or on Faceboook) about how someone was charged both labor and "programming" for work on a car.
