C'mon guys, it's an EASY fix. My mechanical skills rate no more than a "C" and I did my first one in 2 1/2 hours.
Now, I can do one in 25 minutes if I have the right tools, a workbench and big vise (had none of these the first time - but I fixed it anyway).

Not to shame anyone, but a 20 year old girl in California did her's on her own. (I should mention she was halfway thru her B.S. in mechanical engineering at the time.....)
