This also sounds like it could be the module in the lower trunk/hatch. See if there is water in the bay below the Styrofoam pieces down there. A member suggested sliding a paper down past the Styrofoam, if it comes up wet you have water in that module. Hope it isn't! Remember, the siren does not cause the lights to flash, a wet module definitely does.
