I am looking at an 04 crossfire manual that has a no start issue. I already have an automatic and absolutley love my car! The manual is having the no start issue. All the dash lights come on but he thinks there is no power going to the starter. He claims the car will crank if pushed off in 4th gear. Does this sound like an RCM problem or CPS? First, turn the key to "ON' and wait 30 seconds. Does the engine fan run at warp speed? If so, the engine control relay output from the RCM is bad - and the car would not start in this case no matter what you do.
SO, Make him prove that. If it starts, the car needs a pulse module, starter or starter solenoid.
