I found out shortly after installing this piece that the material I used (PLA) is too heat sensitive. I have someone that is going to print one out of ABS or something comparable but I won't do that until I tweek the design again. I hope to create a design that I can post on thingiverse (3D printing design sharing site) but the one I have while serviceable is not something worth sharing. So for now I am withdrawing the offer for the spare I have. It won't last in the sun anyway. I'll keep working this. I did the design in Autodesk Fusion 360 which is offered free to hobbyists. It's easy to sign up.
