Your right on! Thats the way our world works. Yes, the XF SRT would be faster than a Boxster. But I don't really care about that. I would be very much at home in a Porsche thats a bit slower. A lot of cars sell because of their rich heritage and prestige, not just numbers. The corvette is americas best selling sports car, that because of its rich 50 year heritage and prestige (than follows the numbers).
I think the XF SRT is a great car and will perform really well. I just doubt the price will make it a hit. I was on the list until I heard the price. Unless residuals are out of the ordinary I will most likely stand in line over at Porsche for the new Coupes coming out.
