If it is slight, then could adjust the nut in some.
to replace bearings, races, seals and a good high temp grease from napa would be probably around $40 - $50
your shops price is the labor, but if they have a good press and the tools, it should take them very long.
the races and seals are pressed in, but with a freezer and a oven and a seal / race driver ($20-$30, guessing on amazon) and a hammer you can put them in, the tricky part is packing the bearing "right"
on your other vechicles they are probably sealed non serviceable bearings and just umbolt and bolt in a new one.
doing it the first time might scare you some and get aggregated, but after you finish your 1st you would be fine doing any others after.
but would 1st support car off the ground, then put a jack on the lower control arm and lift the tire up some loading everything, them shake the tire side to side and up and down check play, and spin and listen.
just alittle and yu could tighten up some, or atleast tighten up till you get time and ready to change.
