Funny thing, the client was a retired Mercedes mechanic, I asked him if he had a soldering iron, and he did.
Popped the hood, removed the module, went into the garage and did the repair in under 5 minutes, all the while the guy
was in awe that it could be diaged from the seat of my pants, be right about the problem and repair, and leave his home with
a perfectly functioning car. I think I nailed a client for life with that move.

FWIW, I do mobile electronic repair, computers, TV, etc.


These cars are a trip. My Roadster NEVER had any mechanical issue, but had every damn body issue. This car has no body type issues, but is being a mechanical PITA. Still love them though....
