cluld it be starter or have I missed something on the RCM

My guess is starter it turns over twice but dies before it actually starts. Any suggestions or test procedures to narrow it down would be appreciated
i had the same issue with one of mine.so I soldered the rcm and still same problem. So I switched the rcm from my other crossfire and it worked perfectly. It may be something internal with the rcm.

I had continuity between all 3 contacts so somehow they were touching somewhere. Which wouldn't let me access the ecm and couldn't get it out of park. It would give me a p0600 code. Purchased a new one from rock auto. I'm still going to send the other one to tighed1 so I have a spare.
