Hi there. My wife's car, a 2005 roadster, had the button on the d-ring pop out and go flying. I found a spring but no button. The d-ring will not release and turn (unless I use a small screwdriver to release)? Any ideas or solutions to fix? Thanks in advance.

BTW I also have a 2005 Roadster, the button on my car is frozen in the closed position. I did not realize it was a button until Iwe got my wife's car.
