The function of the lock and unlock buttons do not indicate that the SKREEM "recognizes the key". The lock/unlock transmitter's function is separate from the RFID chip in the key that enables starting.
Your issue is that the SKREEM is not successfully getting a response it expects from the RFID chip in the key.
