You need a water pump.

I'd just let it go and not worry about it. The adventure of being towed is a lot of fun, so dont fix it, let it go till it breaks down on you.
Then take it to a Chrysler dealer where they will screw around for a day or two and finally fix it - and bill you a good $850 to $1000.

(Or more, for the imaginary bad steering linkage you have...)
