ANY up/down wiggle means replace it.
The SRT6 pump is different because it has an extra hose connection on the extended flat looking extension.
This is not a hard DIY, maybe 2 hours, and you might as well do a coolant flush and replace while you are at it.
50/50 distilled water with Zerex G05 or Mercedes coolant.
