ASP was the original supplier, and I believe the only supplier of the 178 Crank Pulley. Since that came onto the marketplace, I am not aware of any failures of this pulley. The 181 & 185 crank pullies were supplied by other companies over the years from 2005, failures have taken place. Quite a few SRT6 owners decided to go with a modified supercharger pulley to enhance performance. Search some of Waldig's threads concerning the pulley failures.
