Default Re: Double Din Dash Kit - Teaser - Far from done!

Had a little free time at work.... did a quick conceptual design draft of the bulkhead cup-holder windscreen I had in mind. The acrylic windscreen will be in a recessed channel, in the middle of the roll bars and held in place with clear silicone for a clean appearance (no plastic straps or velcro but may need to add further mounting if I do not feel comfortable with its durability). I originally wanted the entire cabin width windscreen, but I do not want to subtract any backward movement of the seats as other windscreens sometimes do (being 6'4 I fit and am not risking one millimeter). This design has 2 x 4.5" speakers that are angled toward each seat within the cabin to obtain the mid-tones (once dimensional accuracy is used, may have to reduce to 3.5" speakers). The cup holders have a 3" depth, with the switches below controlling the LED's of the windscreen, with future recessed side lights (illumination for behind the seats) and possible cub holder illumination (may add a light inside the center armrest console). Either sand prime with matched paint or leather upholster and I feel this would really add to my customized ride!
Nevertheless will have to appear factory, if not... it will stay nothing more than conceptual!

This reality will have to wait until I have completed my double din mods.... but, a little tease never hurt, "never hurts to look, but touch and all hell breaks loose" lmao.
Hope you guys enjoy!!!
