That is a heat shield sleeve given how cps's dont like heat in general and fail because of it that sleeve delays the inevitable failure. I didnt know there was a different from the NA. The NA could benefit from the sleeve as well. I guess Chrysler gave it to the srt-6 to offset the extra heat and is generated down there since it is literally sitting below blower manifolds.
