Well, your question is very specific: Is there a difference in reliability?

The answer is yes: the same failure points exist in all of the cars, but the SRT has the I/C pump which fails a LOT. So there is that. However, the simplicity of replacing the pump and the low cost imply to me that the SRT is not substantially more costly or less reliable.
