I have been over to Germany a few times for work. Labor laws a quite different than ours. I would be shocked if you found one built on a Saturday let alone on a Sunday.
I thought some places used the four days work with three days off and rotating shifts for production, it is expensive to keep stopping snd starting a car production line.
