It looks like It only comes with one type of gasket, though. Will this gasket style work for our SRT-6?

If the pump housing has a groove in it you use the gasket shown. With the gasket they show we can assume it has the groove.
Some pumps do not have the groove so they use a flat gasket.
Some pumps come with both gaskets. I would prefer the gasket they show, make sure the mounting surfaces are flat with no raised marks from prying it off.
