I guess things (and consumer laws) have changed alot since I worked in the car business along time ago.
I still figure the factory engineers know what's best for the car they designed, built, and tested, so I'm staying with the Manufacturers parts.
Aftermarket parts are guaranteed by their manufacture. So if they cause any major problems with your $35,000 car, I guess you'll get your $4.95 you paid for it back from them.
