You must use hub centric spacers, 66.6 inside diameter, they must clear the grease cover and the bolt pattern must match the hubs.
I was going to do a drawing similar to the one by James1549 but never got around to it.
The minimum spacer thickness is 10 or 12mm, I cannot remember which.
The inside bore must be the length of the hub location diameter plus clearance for the grease cover plus a thickness where the 66.6 ID transitions to 66.6 OD. I’d guess this should be about 3 to 4mm.
