Yes, That's without mods. Parasitical and drive train losses result in the lower number at the wheels. Frankly, wheel horse power is the only number that matters. I got 293 whp before doing any mods on my car, and am now at 355.

What do you mean with 348HP at the flywheel and 317HP at the wheels? Is that without the mods?
