Yes, That's without mods. Parasitical and drive train losses result in the lower number at the wheels. Frankly, wheel horse power is the only number that matters. I got 293 whp before doing any mods on my car, and am now at 355.
Thanks, that sounds fair. What mods do you have? I am a bit confused on what the pulley mod does.
