I changed from "Crossfire" to this and the page selection is back:



Maybe that is normal for that layout? I just changed to it cause Gary thought my issues might be the layout but it looks like "Crossfire" just does not include page 'switches'. Here is what I have now:

FUnny, Gary never mentioned that, he likes the "Crossfire" layout.
