Hi everyone, first post here. I’m interested in putting wheel spacers on my 05 crossfire convertible with the stock rims.
Ive been thinking 40-50mm spacers, but my mechanic told me it would likely make the tires wear a little quicker because the car would “sag” a bit with the wider base and possibly put a weird angle on the tires.

My question is: has anyone done something like this, and did you notice any negative effects in terms of tire wear or anything else?
