the 17" tires on the mercedes were easier to turn, the 18 and 19's slowed the srt6 down
so THE MERCEDES WOULD WIN ,, and did don't forget the srt is detuned slightly
at the 1/8 mile the mercedes is in the lead and the crossfire can't catch it.

The SRT weight you give is the coupe weight - actually 3,240 lbs according to the specs. The roadster weight is 3,328 lbs according to the specs.
In the video and the talk arranged by harbour and given in the Woodward meet hotel in Detroit in 2010 by two engineers on the Crossfire team, it was stated that the SRT6 engine was not detuned at all, the ads just said that it was lower in hp.
Tuners state the official figures which make the gains on the SRT look bigger than they are.
The top speeds stated are set by limiters, they can go faster.
