Putting new pads, rotors and brake lines on the black SRT. when I install the small retainer bolt on the left rear rotor the rotor lifts away from the hub on the opposite side. I have pulled the rotor off twice to check for debris and all is clean. Shall I assume the wheel will pull it flat or should I suspect the rotor?
Compare the old to the new, side by side and measure the depth of the top hat. Is it rocking on the emergency brake parts?
