I swapped rotors from side to side and the problem follows the suspect rotor. put the wheel on and when rotating the tire and wheel the park brake drags hard during half the turn, with the other rotor on the left side you can hear a little rub during part of the rotation but no drag. I have backed the adjustor on the left side all the way in with no change. I think I have a poorly machined rotor.
Also, I find it odd that I can rotate the rear tires with the shifter in park.
One wheel turns one way and the wheel on the other side turns the other, the prop shaft does not turn. Normal for a differential.
Compare sizes of old and new, a scale should be OK.
