Take the cover off the end of the dash, drivers' side (covers fuses for ICM).
Does the fuse box label say "Sticky KeY"? If so, it has been fixed.

If not, i'ts not been fixed or it's been fixed but they forgot to make a note of it.
If it does not say "Sticky Key Fix done on _ _ _ ), the only way to know is to follow hte procedure and get in there and see.
