I swapped in an almost new battery last night, cleaned the posts real well, cleaned what grounds I could get to and nothing changed. I am just getting to know this car and so far doing it wo a manual. Thanks pizzaguy, Im using your manual site. I read somewhere before dropping the trans pan I should get a trans dipstick, remove some plug and mark fluid level. Can someone explain? Is this trans level usually checked by pulling a plug on the side? If this isnt the fix , does the TCM need to be programmed or comes programmed? Are there places that rebuild these?
