Your SKREEM is NOT certain to go bad. You can lower the odds of ANY module failing by following these recommendations:
1) Do not jump start another vehicle with your Crossfire.
2) Only jump start your Crossfire with a booster battery - NOT another vehicle, tow truck or plug-in booster.
3) Keep battery posts, ground cable connections clean and TIGHT.
4) At four years, replace the battery.

6) If your car is a convertible, NEVER put the top up or down without the engine running.
I've had three Roadsters over ten years and 110,000 miles; never had a SKREEM failure.
