YOu can transplant ALL of the below and get away with it:

ECM
SKREEM
Keys

If you do this, the electronic VIN changes to the VIN of the car the parts came from. THIS means that you may not be able to pass an emissions test, as the VIN won't match the registration.
Just something to keep in mind.
