2) the anti tow alarm goes off everytime you open the door-alarm and light blinking. It also retriggers its self while driving. I suspect and bad anti tow module-i thought it was supposed to be behind the right side truck liner-nope not there. Any idea where this module is located?

It would be helpful if you told us when this happened, did it just come out of the blue or did you do something.

Radio issue is common, I think it was just turn it off when the car is off and it will function normal after that. I remember there being a quirk with the stock radio being able to be turned on when the car is off.
I have never heard of this issue on the Crossfire. If the radio had been changed or messed with in some manner the constant on power may have been switched in place of the switched power.
The OEM radio can be turned ON with the ignition OFF. It will switch OFF after a set time or when it senses the battery is getting too weak.
