Default Re: spoiler up

do you mean that because the spoiler is doing what is doing it means that i have to replace the battery?

ok. 1st this: you said: "Our first consideration is this: What other symptoms does the car have? Is there ANYTHING else going on that you have noticed - does it idle rough? Does it not start as easy as before? Any dash warning lights on? Does the car have a LOT of miles (over 100,000?)
The big questions:
How old is the battery?
Is the undercarriage all rusty and corroded from being in a salty environment?
Do the battery cable connections look clean, pretty, perfect and are they TIGHT? "

the car does not show any other symptoms. runs smooth, starts easy; no warning lights (except the tire),
dont know how old the batt is; the car has about 65,000 miles, very clean, no rust, kept indoors in a clean environment. connections, everything is clean; connections are tight.
