when i said: "turning the key" or "turn it right"i meant starting the engine. at the time i did not realize that it was not clear, and am sorry for that.
the 2nd statement says: "to bring the spoiler down i have to press the switch with the engine running. it goes down making momentary stops about every 2 seconds. when reaches the bottom i turn the key left and then it remains down." again, i meant "turn the engine off". again, did not realize i was not making that clear.
the 3rd statement is right.
at the time i did not realize that it created a wrong impression. it is until now that you present the 3 and tell it that i understand.
now, with this clarified, what this that i recently mentioned about the 30 kph means?

I'm getting a little lost in the details and descriptions here, but I'm going to vote for the spoiler limit switch being the issue as James1549 stated. He ought to know since he posted some of the same advice back in 2015.
Check out the thread from 2015 called Spoiler Stuck Open . Post number 14 says Red Runner replaced his limit switch and that fixed it.
