My auto shifts up and down quite freely, it is self monitoring if you try to change at too high or low revs though.


I don't manually shift mine much, I let the auto be an auto. I have on occasion went ahead and manually shifted mine but didn't like it. Guess one has to do it a lot to get the best feel for the conditions? Also, I believe if you over-torque or over-rev, it protects itself as best the program allows. I doubt the handling, weight shift, suspension, program, and if the NAG1 is in both, if so I doubt it is programmed the same. I suggest you saying 'probably is more a guess than a fact. Is there anyone here who knows for a fact? BTW, there could be a mechanical problem, a fault in the TCM, or other technical/electronic problems in his crossfire.
