I tried for hours to find out information about these things. They are so damn tight-lipped about their system and keep everything very close to themselves. Seems the only way to get rid of them is to challenge their legality that they are holding ppl hostage after the original owner sells the vehicle. Lojack should be forced to release to a current registered owner, the details of the specific installation (to the point of a buy-back of their system).
