Hi guys! Sorry for the delay. So I have taken my car to 4 different shops , 1 being a Chrysler dealer ( which knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about our cars ) and none have found the issue as of yet . I switched out the bcm with another bcm I purchased and the the problem still existed. Not sure if the part number matters or what . It is currently at the 4th shop that is going to check for a loose or damaged wire. This may take some time so I will keep you guys posted.
